Do we need Item Master Org in order to use Global Maintenance Work Definition?
Summary:
We are planning to use Global Work Definition in Maintenance org.
Our Inv Org Configuration is like
- One Master Org - IMO
- 9 Maintenance Inventory org
- 6 Manufacturing Inventory Orgs
- 5 Store Inventory orgs
For the Maintenance Inventory orgs, we planned to use Global Work Definition and we have created these 9 Inv org by assigning master Org as IMO. We can not enable IMO org as Maintenance Org and its only Item Organization.
In this case, can create a Master Maintenance Organization without enabling that Organization as an Item Master Org if we want to use the new Global Work Definition functionality?
