ESS-01035 Unable to determine a logical application name for new request running new jobset in UI

I am defining a jobset for the first time, to work in financials for Advanced Collections.

I have identified how to create the jobset under Manage Enterprise Scheduler Job Definitions for Financial, Supply Chain Management and Related Applications.

As a simple first step I have a jobset with a single job step and it is running a seeded process, metadataname = DunningPrereqDetails.

I have not added parameters into the jobset as it seems possible to define the parameters when running the jobset via Scheduled Processes - this is an assumption on my part.

When I attempt to run the jobset in Scheduled Processes, I set the parameters for the single step and submit.
