Only see one activity in Activity List

Summary:

Hello!

Our client wants the field technician to be able to see one and only one activity on the Activity List, regardless of how many activities are assigned or their statuses.

For example, if the technician has one Started activity and three Pending activities, only the Started activity should be displayed on the Activity List.

If there are no Started or En Route activities, then only the first Pending activity should be displayed.

The screenshot below shows the best filter configuration I have been able to achieve. With this filter:

  • If there are only Pending activities, only the first pending activity is displayed.
