M365 Calendar Integration

Summary:

We’re testing M365 calendar integration with ORC.

Scenario:

  • An interview is scheduled, and the interviewer receives the interview email with RSVP options. Their calendar is then updated with the interview.
  • The interviewer declines the invitation, and the calendar event is deleted.
  • The interview coordinator opens the interview detail page and changes the interview time based on interviewer availability. The candidate receives a new interview date and time email, and the interviewer receives the similar email, but the calendar event is not added automatically this time, unlike the previous instance. Is this expected system behavior?
