Edit Self Paced Learning - Reconciliation Process Runs in Loop When Auto Reconciliation Is enabled

We have observed that when the auto reconciliation profile option is enabled, and edits are made to any self paced learning, instead of different reconcile processes getting triggered for edits made in each self paced learning, the existing reconcile process keeps having child processes created and the updates take a longer time to reflect till all the processes are completed successfully.

Example: Self Paced Learning A is edited - Reconcile process 1 is triggered; Now, another Self Paced Learning B is edited and instead of another Reconcile process 2 getting triggered, a child process under Reconcile Process 1 gets submitted. On Self Paced Learning A and Self Paced Learning B we see the same process id for reconciliation. So unless process 1 gets completed, both Self Paced Learning A and B show that reconciliation is pending (instead of Self Paced Learning A getting reconciled first with process 1 and then Self Paced Learning B with another process 2).
