Individual Compensation plan mappedelement entry start date end element_end_date wants as sysdate

we are in 26B Oracle HCM cloud, we have one compensation module which have "Overtime" plan where staff submits the overitme request with input parameters of no. of hours , overtime date and overtime category . An element "Over Time" is mapped to this plan once submit request then manager approves then element entry creating on payroll > element entries with effective_start_date as overtime request submission date and effective_end_date also coming on elements as overtime request submission date . Is there any way i can get this effective_start_date and effective_end_date as sysdate or approved date rather than overtime submission date.
