Notifications to be sent to recruiting agent

Summary:

We have a requirement for Recruiting Agents to receive a notification whenever a requisition is cancelled.

I understand that there is a seeded alert, IRC_Cancelled_Requisition; however, there doesn't appear to be a worklist role available for Recruiting Agents.

Could you please advise on the best way to meet this requirement? Is there a recommended approach to notify Recruiting Agents when a requisition is cancelled?
