Has anyone experienced issues transferring an associate with multiple assignments?

Summary:

When attempting to transfer an associate who has multiple assignments, after selecting the Transfer action in Manage Job Offers, the Transfer page does not appear. Instead, the system appears to be treating the transaction as if it's creating a new multiple assignment rather than transferring the associate's primary assignment.
