upload a tax regime from speadsheet, the ZX_PARTY_TAX_PROFILE table CUSTOMER_FLAG is empty

I use upload a tax regime from speadsheet to setup tax code and registration number of a customer

the import is success, but I found the imported data in ZX_PARTY_TAX_PROFILE missing CUSTOMER_FLAG

It was success before in other OU back from 2025-09
