Interview Reschedule Calendar Invites Not Updating in Outlook

We have an issue that was raised by both recruiters and interviews that when they reschedule interviews, the calendar invites are not being updated in Outlook. Anyone else experiencing this or know how to fix this?

Our current process:

1. An interview is initially scheduled.
2. All participants (candidate, interviewers, recruiters, etc.) receive an email notification along with a calendar invitation.
3. The interview event is successfully added to the participants' calendars. When a candidate requests to reschedule the interview, the recruiter triggers the rescheduling process, which sends an email allowing the candidate to select a new interview slot based on interviewer availability.
