Create Internal Bank Transfer

Please confirm if Internal Bank Transfer for foreign Currency is possible for the below two scenarios -

1. Ledger currency is USD and the currency at bank account level INR, internal bank transfer from INR to GBP
2. Ledger currency is USD and the currency at bank account is USD, internal bank transfer from INR to GBP

We want to know if the currency field is editable at the time of creating internal bank transfer in Cash Management module
