We are currently implementing the Oracle Workforce Compensation module and have a requirement to perform Grade Step Progression through the Workforce Compensation Promotion worksheet.

Our business scenario is as follows:

• The employee's Position, Job, and Grade remain unchanged.
• Only the Grade Step is updated (for example, from Step 1 to Step 2).
• We enter the same Position, Job, and Grade as the employee's current assignment and change only the proposed Grade Step.
• There is no eligibility criteria configured in the Grade Ladder.
