Dependent LOV values between transaction DFF segments

Summary:

Need to restrict the values displayed in one Receivables Transaction DFF segment based on the value populated in another DFF segment within the same DFF context.

We have implemented a Receivables Transaction Descriptive Flexfield with a context called US Process.

Within this context, we have multiple DFF segments. One segment (DFF1) is populated automatically during invoice creation through source system integration and contains either IPO or RPO. A second segment (DFF2) is maintained by end users and contains status values.

Business requirement:
If DFF1 = IPO, users should only see values AA, BB, CC, DD, EE in DFF2.
