Forms 2.0: Disable formatting under Smart View Options also affects Web UI

Sharing the outcome of Oracle SR in case this helps other administrators working with Forms 2.0.

In Form Builder / Form and Ad Hoc Grid Management, under the Layout tab, there is a checkbox for Disable formatting located under Smart View Options.
