How to update charge account for Bulk Purchase order in oracle fusion

Summary:

We have requirement to update charge account in PO . There is option to do it manually in fusion for PO which is in open status and only in Ordered(View life cycle) . See below screen shot

As there are many PO / Bulk requirement is there any option to do it using FDBI or Mass update and how to upload the data
