Has anyone experienced an issue where Shop by Category in Redwood Requisitions is empty and users are unable to search for or select items?

We have reviewed and completed all the required setup steps described in the Oracle documentation below:

However, the search results are still empty.

Could you please advise what additional configuration or troubleshooting steps may be required to make the catalog items available in Redwood Requisitions?
