We have a release coming soon that has a feature that is kind of being slipped into the product - I call it a Ninja feature as it is fairly light to build - but will potentially change the way you look at candidates.
If you are not requiring your candidates to fill in a full application form 9including their detailed work history into fields) you are really doing yourself an injustice. With Parsing from Resume - LinkedIn or Universal Profile ... it is just a few minutes for any candidate to give you a detailed application. When you have the candidates work history in fielded data - then we can really start to change things up.
