Redwood V3 Termination - Worker Remains Active as of Effective Termination Date

Summary:

I'm seeing what appears to be unexpected behavior with the Redwood Terminate Employment V3 page and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this or if this is expected functionality.

Here's my scenario:

• I terminate an employee with an effective date of 8/05/2026 using the Redwood Terminate Employment V3 page.
• I select Revoke access immediately and submit the transaction.
• After the transaction is completed, if I search for the employee as of 8/05/2026, the employee still shows as Active - Payroll Eligible, although a termination date of 8/05/2026 is displayed.
• If I change the employee search "as of" date to 8/06/2026, the employee then correctly shows as
