API for editing a PR in oracle fusion

Hello All,

We are currently in the requirements gathering phase and would like to understand the API capabilities available for updating a Purchase Requisition (PR) in Oracle.

In our scenario, a PR is initially created in Oracle from a third-party application. As part of the next phase of the integration, we need to determine:

  1. What fields or attributes of a PR can be modified after it has been created?
  2. At which stages in the PR lifecycle are modifications permitted?
  3. Are the same edit capabilities available when updating a PR through Oracle APIs, or are there any API-specific limitations compared to the Oracle application UI?
