Creation of new FCCS application for IFRS18 with 3 years of data

Hi,

We have a production live Pre-IFRS18 FCCS application with data starting from FY23. However, we are looking to backup current Pre-IFRS18 FCCS application and replace it with the IFRS18 FCCS application with data starting from FY25 onwards.

This is to ensure business still has access to Pre-IFRS18 data and presentation in the backed up application.

As our new IFRS18 application will be cloned from the current FCCS application, how do we clear the data for FY23 and FY24 from the IFRS18 application and also keep the opening balances, retained earnings data intact FY25 onwards?

Apart from this, could you please suggest any other approach to keep both Pre-IFRS and IFRS18 Account Hierarchies after IFRS18 Go-Live?
