Unable to Create Change Order via REST API for Partially Invoiced PO Line

Summary:

I am unable to create a change order via the REST API for a PO line that has been partially invoiced.

However, I can create the change order manually in the Oracle ERP front end when updating only the schedule DFFs.

Lines 1 and 2 were updated successfully through a change order created via the REST API. However, Line 3 is partially invoiced and can only be updated by creating the change order manually.

When I try to create the change order for Line 3 through the REST API, I receive the following error:

“You can't change the destination type because the schedule is either fulfilled or invoiced. (PO-2055141)”
