Structure Name not shown in instance and Manage Segment Value Security this button not enabled

Hi Team,

Need your help here, I met below issues and want to know the root cause:

Summary:

1. Structure name is not shown in edit page of structure instance;
2. Manage Segment Value Security by Business Function this button not enabled
