Job Offer Approval Notification is different for internal candidates

Job offer Approval notification for the same requisition and data is different for internal and external candidate

Not sure how we have only noticed this but things like Hire Date, Legal Employer, the Assignment Details section is missing.

I totally get that it is internal so we have a hire date or they may have the same Legal Employer, but I can't even get the proposed start date of the new assignment change in the notification or the details of the new assignment which is really imperative for HR when approving these.
