Distribution level DFF not copied while duplicating the requisition

Summary:

When duplicating the req, header level DFF's are getting copied in new req. but we dont see the same behavior for distribution level DFF. Is it possible to copy distribution DFF as well?

Also is it possible to show the distribution level DFF upfront in summary page instead of showing it in layers.
