I'm trying to understand the impact of the Talent Review Meeting date.

  • I understood you can not conduct a meeting prior to the Talent Review Meeting date.Is it correct?
  • If an employee rating is being discussed in several Talent Review.Once Talent Review are submitted ,what will be the latest taking into considerationTalent Rating is his profile?Is it base on the submission date or on the Talent Review Meeting date?
