Channel Customer Claim Header DFF attribute not available for BPM approval rules

We created a Global DFF at the Claim Header level. However, when configuring a BPM rule, the DFF attribute is not available as a condition.

We have already run the "Synchronize Flexfields with Business Objects" ESS job successfully and also submitted the "Start Synchronization" process from BPM.

Could you please advise how we can make this DFF attribute available in the BPM rule conditions?
