I would like to know what is best database option we have in oracle cloud that is optimal in cost?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

The requirements are basic:

  1. Couple of tables
  2. PLSQL procedure execution
  3. Data storage is not high and in lower end
  4. Need backup option (quarterly)

I am assuming autonomous database fits the criteria but would like to know from folks here.

I am NOT looking for free-tier.

The database will be executed via Oracle Integration Cloud using standard out of the box connectors. I see we have autonomus database connectors.
