Feasibility: Candidate added in the shared pool should be restricted based on candidate security

Hi Team,

In Oracle Recruiting cloud, we want to check the feasibility of how the visibility of candidates in shared candidate pool be achieved basis the Recruiter's Candidate security profile.

 

Scenario : We have a scenario based on GDPR policies, we do not want to share candidates between different countries, and if there is a shared pool and someone mistakenly selected different user from the pool user's list, then we want to restrict the candidates visibility.

 

Can you please help us with suggestions of how can this be achieved in cases of shared pools.
