Loading Salary with history is not working.The data from one row is getting copied to the other rows

in Compensation

Summary:

While loading Salary data, we found that the first row is getting updtaed with zero value, and the rest of the rows getting copied from the second row.
So, if a person has 5 rows, 1st row is incorrect with zero value, 2nd 3rd and 4th rows have the same value, and only the latest row is correct.
the HDL loaded is correct with the right data for both Salary and SalaryPayRateComponents METADATA lines.
Has anyone faced a similar issue? If yes, how did you manage to resolve it. Any help is really appreciated.
