Usage on Talent Ratings in Profile Management

Summary:

Can we use Talent Ratings (Performance rating, Career Potential, Advancement readiness, N box cell assignment, Risk of loss, Impact of loss, Talent score) even though we don't have License/Subscription to Talent Review module? We all are aware that, the base configuration is defined as part of Talent Profile Management module however we want to know whether we can use these Talent Ratings or not especially when we don't have Talent Review module subscription. Could anyone please advise?
