Screening resumes is a worse experience in Redwood
Summary:
We have recently went live with Redwood Recruiting and have had overwhelming feedback that screening CVs (resumes) is more awkward and time consuming than it was in Responsive
In responsive, when previewing a candidates CV, the recruiter can easily navigate to the next candidate straight away while remaining on the attachments tab and they can perform any actions they might need or direct to any other sections of the application
In Redwood, as the CV opens in a pop up, the recruiter cannot move to the next candidate without closing the CV pop up, clicking next then opening up the CV preview for the next candidate. It adds extra clicks to the process which our recruiters are finding tedious and a worse experience
