Reporting Pack - Assigning task by Account

Summary:

I created a reporting pack (PDF Report Type) with reports that have Inline Grid notes that the business needs to enter comments based on accounts variance over 10%. Is there a way I can have this done in a reporting pack where I assigned the authors to the reports to update the notes based on the account? or is there a different way this can be handle within narrative that would allow collaborative input while maintain a structure task and schedule?
