Permalinks/Article URLs

Summary: Hello - in general, I'm wondering about permalinks and URLs for Redwood KB articles, and what nuances should I be aware of? I'm wondering about the following:

• Assuming each URL is unique, when the article is updated, the URL will change?
• Should an article URL work if, let's say, it is posted on a company intranet site? Assuming user would need to go through SSO before being directed to article.
• If the article is updated, the link breaks?
• Can permalinks be created to avoid this if the above scenario is true?
• Can we be confident in sharing article URLs via email or Teams message, for example?
