Facing issues while setting up workorder FYI setup in BPM Worklist.

Summary:

We are trying to develop the rule where IF is configured as Workorder Maintenance Org and THEN is configured for FYI for manager or maintenance technician. Basically, IF maintenance org is "****" then a FYI to be sent to Maint Manager and Maint Tech about maintenance work order has been created.
