26C Fixed Asset Inquiry Assistant failing to locate corporate book

Summary: Does anyone have suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue?

I have created a custom role following Oracle's documentation for Fixed Asset Inquiry Assistant. I've assigned the custom role to our Asset Accounting Manager.
The assistant is able to provide the corporate book available for inquiry but when drilling into a specific asset referencing the corporate book the assistant is unable to locate the book. Please see the snippet as an example of the problem I'm seeing.
