Is the background check order id exposed through the REST API?

Summary:

We have a requirement to store the order_id for any background check initiated through the background check providers.

Is the order id exposed at all through the customer facing api? Documentation indicates it is exposed through some api, but only accessible to oracle or the support partners.

The order id appears to be visible in BI and OTBI reporting.
