Summary: {Workspace}-updated.zip is no different from {Workspace}.zip following Migrate and Report submission of legacy TDS and PC Rules.

Momentarily see personal-details-metadata-rules-x.json in ~/output-ui, too briefly to see the contents, but the {Workspace}-updated.zip contains no migrated rules, just the stubbed rule created to initialize the workspace before export from VB Studio.
