Unable to derive PO Price based on OM Price List for a specific supplier and item combination

Summary:

For one of our customers who is currently in EBS, they have custom VBCS screen to capture purchase price which gets interfaced to Advanced Pricing (EBS) and PO purchase price is derived based on this. Now this customer who is looking for Fusion migration from EBS wants to know if the OM Price list (Fusion) can be used to derive the PO purchase price in Fusion. If it's possible, can we get some documentation around that or if any other custom solutions implemented to meet this kind of requirement, we would be looking forward to that as well.
