Create Validation for DoB in Edit Pending Worker Flow

Summary:

I am currently struggling with this also. I get the validation to trigger, however it triggers already in When and Why and then it does not let you proceed to the bibliographic info section.

Sure, I can transform it into a warning but then you can skip the bibliographic section without entering info again. Also, the warning message disappears after when and why.

Question: Is there a way to have a VBS validation rule trigger in a specific section and not before?

P.S.: I tried also with the (get person) fields but they do not work at all. And there is no difference fields from the field values section and initial field value section fields.
