work skills, activity types are not loading in fusion setup and maintenance after 26C update

Summary:

In 26C update, work skill, work zone, resource type, activity types, timezone, shifts and schedules are moved to fusion env> setup and maintenance> field service setup> scheduling and dispatch
As per documentation (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/readiness/service/26c/fscv-26c/26C-fsvc-wn-f50326.htm#FeatureManual26CConfigurationUXforActivity&ResourceManagement-WorkShifts), I should have ORA_FFS_FIELD_SERVICE_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB role to access this. I added this role to my user and still cant access these pages in setup and maintenance. I can see tasks but when I click on tasks(e.g. work skill ) error shows up as
