Hide Any Person Option for Sharing Goals page property is not working for development goals

Hi Team,

As part of 26B release, we have option to hide sharing goals with any person by making redwood page property "Hide Any Person Option for Sharing Goals" as true. we have done the changes in both development and performance goal details page. In performance goal details page it is working as expected but in development goal details page it is giving blank page with any details after clicking on share. PFB screenshot for reference.

Navigation: Me—> Show more—> Goal center—>click on development tab—>click on any available development goals—>click on three dots and click on share.
