Does Creating Custom Policy Documents in Compliance and Controls cost AI Credits

Summary:

We have recently got 26C and have created the Payables Agent role to test out the new IO features.

One thing that came with 26C is the Compliance and Control section of the Payables Agent

It looks like we can download the policies and amend them.

Question: Could we technically create a policy that codes an invoice based on specific attributes on the invoice, for example: "If supplier is xyz and description is abc code invoice line to xx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.****.

And if so, would this eat into the AI Credits or would this be using the regular LLM which is free usage?
