Redwood : Duplicate values in LOV for item search in Item quantities

Summary:

Redwood : Duplicate values (14) in LOV for item search in Item quantities for few users.

Verified data access and user has access to 11 orgs for Inventory Manager role and LOV displays 14 times.
Item is assigned to 14 orgs .

Even if we select organization , it still displays duplicates.

If we first select the organization and then query for item it displays correctly.

For other user it displays only once and this user also has access to more than 11 inv orgs
