How to open Custom App UI from a custom object's record hyperlink?

We have two custom objects Need and Fee with 1:M relationship. We have OOTB Redwood UI for Need and Custom App UI for Fee. When we click the Fee record link in Need Panel, it should land in Custom App UI instead of Fee OOTB Redwood Details Page. How to achieve this?

We have created an action chain for the hyperlink Template, but we don't know how to pass the feeId parameter.
