Data Exchange/Data Management Log Retention Beyond 7 Days

Hello Community,

We understand that Data Management/Data Exchange process logs are currently retained for only 7 days in Oracle Cloud EPM.

We would like to know whether there is any supported option to extend the retention period for Data Exchange/Data Management load rule logs beyond 7 days, either through:

  • An environment setting or configuration
  • EPM Automate
  • OCI/Object Storage integration
  • Any Oracle-recommended archiving mechanism

For clients with audit, compliance, and operational support requirements, a longer retention period would be beneficial for troubleshooting historical data load issues and supporting Oracle SR investigations.

Has anyone implemented a supported solution or received guidance from Oracle regarding extending or managing log retention beyond the default 7-day period?
