How to restrict the implemention team to have only view access for enterprise structure

Hi All,

We are in the process of rolling out Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across multiple business sites. As part of the implementation, the business has a compliance and segregation of duties (SoD) requirement for the rollout team.

The requirement is that the rollout team should have access to perform module-specific configuration activities for Oracle Fusion applications, including but not limited to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchasing, Inventory, and other functional modules.

However, the rollout team should not have the ability to create, update, or manage Enterprise Structures. This restriction should cover all Enterprise Structure configuration tasks, including the creation and maintenance of legal entities, ledgers, business units, reference data sets, and related organizational structures from the Enterprise level through Business Unit setup.
