Ability to Customize Available Links in the Noncatalog Add to Cart Pop-up

Summary:

We are looking for a way to customize which links are available in the pop-up message that occurs after adding a noncatalog request to the cart in RSSP.

Currently (with the 26C upgrade) the "Add to Cart" link has been removed, with options now as "Create another request" and "Create another request with the same supplier."

We do not currently support/prefer purchase requisitions across multiple suppliers. Our users are guided to place a separate requisition for each supplier. So, it would be helpful to have the option to eliminate the option of "Create another request" and replace by reinstating the "Add to Cart" link that was recently removed. The removal of the "Add to Cart" link in general has created the need for additional training, guidance, and documentation updates.
