OCI Always Free tenancy accidentally deactivated – unable to sign in
Summary:
My OCI Always Free tenancy appears to have been accidentally deactivated. I can no longer sign in to the OCI Console, and the compute instance and services hosted in the tenancy are inaccessible.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
This is not a password or MFA issue. The tenancy/account itself appears to be inactive or disabled following an accidental action.
I contacted Oracle Cloud Support Chat. The agent directed me to post here because chat support cannot access Free Tier cloud environments.
Could an Oracle representative please advise whether the tenancy can be reactivated and how I can restore access?
