Update Format of requisition organization field LOV

Dear All,

Does anyone know if it’s possible to update the organization field LOV to display only the specific organization, rather than the entire organizational hierarchy?

For example, consider the following hierarchy:

• Organization A (Top Organization)
  
• Organization B (subordinate to Organization A)
  

Currently, the LOV shows both Organization A and Organization B. Is there a way to configure it so that only Organization B appears in the LOV?
