On Account, "Show Duplicate Account" feature is not working

in Human Capital Management

Summary:

Hi Team,

I have built the ML model for duplicate accounts and defined all the required criteria. However, the results are still not appearing on the UI panel.

While reviewing the ML model, I can see that the data is being generated correctly. However, it is still not displayed on the UI. I also checked using the Inspect tool, and the result is showing as false.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any idea what might be causing this? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
